- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I foster for a rescue and have several dogs and cats of my own. I take them all to Whitehall because of Dr. Hartman and her amazing staff. Dr. Hartman is thorough, she is compassionate, and most importantly honest. Even when it is not the news you want to here. I love that Whitehall does not feel like a vets office.
